My order showed up later than expected, which was already annoying, and when I reached out to support, the whole thing just felt kind of off. They answered, but it didn’t really clear up that part, you know? I’m not saying it’s terrible, but I’m not sure I fully trust it yet.

I usually stick with another liquor site I’ve used for a while, so I wasn’t sure if I’d actually switch, but Onlineliquor made it easy. I used the search and filters to find a few bottles quickly, and being able to narrow things down by type and price saved me from scrolling forever. The site was simple, not confusing, and overall a smooth experience. I’d definitely consider using Onlineliquor again, even if I’m still a little loyal to my usual place.

My order showed up on time, which was nice because I was trying to get everything put away before heading out later that afternoon. Most of it was exactly what I picked, but one of the bottles was a different size than the one I ordered. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, and I can still use it, but it was a little annoying since I specifically chose the other size. Other than that, everything else in the order was correct.

They had the item I was looking for, so that part was fine, but the checkout was a little annoying. It kept lagging on me, and at one point I had to re-enter my info, which is always frustrating. I was just trying to place the order while drinking my coffee, and it turned into this whole extra thing. Not a disaster or anything, but definitely more of a hassle than it needed to be.

The order showed up just fine too. that little moment of relief over the shipping cost is enough to make me want to order from them again.

I was actually able to find the return policy easily, and it was written in a way that made sense. No weird fine print or confusing wording tucked away somewhere... which I really appreciate before placing an order

I did manage to find one rare bottle, which was a nice surprise, but a lot of the other stuff I was hoping for was already sold out. Definitely feels a bit hit or miss depending on when you check

I ordered a bottle as a birthday gift and paid extra because I really wanted it to arrive on time. It ended up getting there two days late, which made the whole thing awkward and took away from the surprise.
The bottle itself was fine, but the gift note wasn’t included and the tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on. I did contact customer service, but the response felt dismissive and didn’t really help. I probably wouldn’t trust them for gifting again

I get why they need all that information, so I wasn’t mad about the actual age check. It just felt clunkier than it needed to be, especially when I was ready to finish the order and move on. One minute I was fine with it, the next I was sighing at my screen.

The rest of the order went okay, nothing really terrible happened, but the checkout could definitely be clearer and smoother. Overall, not a bad experience, just not a great one either. I’d call it a 3-star kind of order.

Customer service did get back to me when I reached out, though it wasn’t exactly quick. The prices can still be good when a code actually works, so I wouldn’t say it’s a bad site. I just feel like with places like this, the deals need to be more consistent if they’re going to advertise them

The bottle wasn’t leaking and I can still use it, so it’s not a total disaster. I just expected it to look nicer for the price, and now I’m sitting here thinking I probably should’ve bought something else.
